Set up sending
- 1Pick your provider
Resend, Brevo or Mailgun. Create a key in whichever one you use, then paste it in. We never show it again once it is saved.
Open Email follow-ups - 2Say who it comes from
The address and the name people see. Use an address on a domain you have verified with your provider, or the emails will bounce.
- 3Send yourself a test
One button. If it lands in your inbox, your sequences will send.
Write the emails
- 1Create a sequence
A sequence is one series, like three emails after you send a quote.
- 2Add each email
A subject, a message, and how many days to wait after the email before it. 0 days means it goes on the next run.
- 3Use fill-in tags
Type {{first_name}}, {{company}}, {{agency}} or {{sender}} and they get swapped for the real details when it sends. The eye button shows you exactly what one person will get.
Add people and start
- 1Paste addresses or pull in leads
Paste a list, or pick a pipeline stage and every lead there with an email address gets added. Nobody gets added twice.
- 2Press Start sending
Due emails go out every 15 minutes on their own. Send anything due now does it immediately if you cannot wait.
- 3Watch what happened
Sent shows the last 100 emails with whether each one landed. A bad address is recorded against that person and retried later, so one failure never stops the sequence.

Staying on the right side of it
- 1Unsubscribe is automatic
Every email carries an unsubscribe link. One click and that person is out of the sequence for good, with no action needed from you.
- 2Only people who expect to hear from you
Use this for leads you have spoken to, quotes you have sent, and clients you work with. Bought lists get your sending address blocked.
