What you get free every month

Each app gets a generous free allowance for watching how people use it. Here is what it covers and what happens if you run out.

The allowances

These are per app, per month, and they reset on the first. A real small app will not get near them in its first year.

  1. 1
    Actions: 1,000,000

Every meaningful thing somebody does: signed up, started, finished, paid.

  2. 2
    Screen recordings: 5,000

Watch back what a person did on the screen when they got stuck.

  3. 3
    On/off switches: 1,000,000 checks

Turn a feature on for some people and off for others without touching the app again.

  4. 4
    Error reports: 100,000

The app tells you it broke for somebody before they email you.

  5. 5
    Survey answers: 250

Ask a short question inside the app and collect the answers.

  6. 6
    AI reads: 1,000

Frank reads your numbers and writes the next move as a paste-ready instruction.

What happens if you run out

Every line is a soft cap. Nothing is deleted, nothing switches itself off, and nothing starts charging you without you choosing it.

  1. 1
    Your money numbers never pause

Actions and on/off switches carry on past the line. Losing a payment count to a quota would be indefensible, so we do not do it.

  2. 2
The extras wait for the first

New recordings and surveys pause until next month. Everything already collected stays exactly where it is.

  3. 3
    Errors group up

Past the line, reports are grouped instead of listed one by one, so you still see what is breaking.

  4. 4
    Read your meter

The card at the top of the Insight hub shows what this app has used and when it resets.

Where the numbers come from

  1. 1
    Your app reports itself

Counts arrive on the same trip your app already uses to report its build progress. Nothing extra to set up.

  2. 2
    Counts only, never a person

The meter holds numbers. No names, no emails, no card details.

If your app has reported nothing yet, the meter says so rather than showing a zero as if it were real.
