The four pages
Apple, Google and most payment providers will not approve you without these. They are written from what your app actually does.
- 1Privacy policy
What your app collects and why, based on the parts you picked, not a generic template.
- 2Terms of use
The rules people agree to when they use your app.
- 3Support page
Where a customer goes when something is wrong, with your contact address on it.
- 4Contact page
A plain page with your business name and email, which stores check for.
Getting them
- 1Fill your company details once
Business name, support email, country. Everything else is drafted from your build.
Open my app - 2They go live on their own link
Each page gets a public web address straight away, so you have something to paste into the store forms.
- 3Pasted into the store fields for you
The store listing fields that ask for a privacy or support URL are filled in with these links automatically.
Before you rely on them
- 1Read them once
They are drafts written for your app. Read them and correct anything that is not true of your business.
- 2Not legal advice
These cover the store requirement. If you handle health data, children's data or money in a regulated way, get them checked.
Never claim something in your privacy policy that your app does not do.
